JAY PARKINSON, MD, MPH

Jay is an entrepreneur, service designer, and physician. He’s built a few companies over the last two decades that defined the field of telehealth, revolutionizing how doctors and patients collaborate to solve problems. As a result, he’s had the privilege of speaking at over 50 prestigious conferences worldwide, earned recognition as Esquire Magazine's Best & Brightest, and graced the pages of the New York Times Style section.
He’s also a passionate photographer. In January 2024, he was accepted into a workshop in San Miguel de Allende, hosted by his favorite photographer of the past two decades, Alec Soth. This experience inspired the beginning of his next life chapter with Lucky Sage, proving that a week can change your life.

Eric’s resume includes stints at Table 52 with Chef Art Smith, a two-time James Beard Award winner, Giuseppe Tentori at Boka (Food & Wine Magazine Best New Chef 2008), and Bill Kim at Urban Belly & Belly Q (Bib Gourmand, a James Beard finalist). At Band of Bohemia, Eric and his team were awarded a Michelin star and named one of Chicago's 50 best restaurants two years in a row. After his time in Chicago, Eric moved to New Orleans to work as Executive Sous Chef for James Beard award winner Nina Compton. He currently resides in Denver.
