FOUNDERS ANONYMOUS

YOU'VE BEEN THROUGH THE WRINGER

Being a founder is hard and lonely. The chance to "swing a bat in the big leagues" might sound like the dream, but it's one of the toughest jobs out there. We're giving it our all with countless eyes watching us spend millions of other people's money.

When we fail, it's a psychological nightmare. We feel we've let down ourselves, our employees, our families, our investors, and our fans.

Some of us are coasting, not actually rocket-shipping, many years in with no end in sight—feeling enslaved.

Even for those who've hit a home run, it's still a mental struggle. Can you do it again? Do you have another great idea in you? Most importantly, what's next?

We founders are a unique breed with little support or sympathy. If you're not intentional about maintaining your sanity—in whatever way works for you—it'll take a toll on your soul. This intimate event, with about 10 other founders, is meant to connect you with kindred spirits, immerse you in nature, move your body, eat and drink aplenty, reflect deeply on who you are, brainstorm next steps, and…rehab.

wine, beer, or Zero-proof

At Lucky Sage, local is our mantra. Colorado is one of the pioneers of the craft brewery scene, and some would say there's a brewery on every corner. They're not wrong. We've handpicked some of the best local beers just for you. Surprisingly, Colorado also boasts its own wine country. Colorado wines aren't just passable—they're impressively good. Of course, to cater to all tastes, we offer plenty of California wines too. For those who prefer non-alcoholic options, our zero-proof drinks showcase regional flavors using ingredients from nearby farms, orchards, and artisanal producers, supporting local businesses in the process.

You’ll FORGE AUTHENTIC CONNECTIONS

Friendships form when you share every waking moment with a small, talented group. And they get deeper when conversations around tables and campfires get real. There will be laughs, some tears, and a few glasses of spilled wine. And in the end, you’ll have eleven new colleagues you truly know, trust, and respect.
